These beans holds its superior flavors. Probably my favorite beans of all times. I like acidic beans between light and medium roast. I have found so many beans seem to dilute its flavors through the brewing processes. I use to only drink pour overs with a 15:1 ratio. I started using a bonavita machine. I’ve started enjoying this more since the coffee comes out hotter. I am using 30 grams with a 16:1 ratio with the machine because of evaporation. The VN beans have been coming out perfect. It’s been one of the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had.
